Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of HVAC-R Jobs (the “Site”), operated by Omni-Intel USA LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms.
1. What we do
HVAC-R Jobs lists commercial HVAC and refrigeration job openings, sends job alerts to job seekers, and introduces opted-in job seekers to employers. We are not an employer, staffing agency or employment agency. We do not make hiring decisions and do not guarantee that any job seeker will be hired or that any employer will receive applicants.
2. Job seekers
- Job alerts are free. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any alert email.
- If you join the Candidate Network, you authorize us to share your name, contact details and job preferences with employers who pay us for access to matching candidates. You can leave the Candidate Network at any time (see the Privacy Policy).
- You agree that the information you provide, including licenses and certifications, is accurate. Employers are responsible for verifying credentials.
- You apply for jobs directly with the employer through their own application link. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your application.
3. Employers
- Paid job postings are a recurring monthly subscription: $99 per month (standard) or $199 per month (featured, pinned to the top). The posting stays on the board and renews each month, billed automatically to the payment method used at checkout, until the employer reports the position filled or asks for the posting to be removed (using the private manage link provided after checkout, or by emailing us). In either case billing stops, the posting is marked “Position Filled” and remains visible until the end of the current billing period, and no partial-month refunds are given. Candidate Match is available as a $149 add-on at checkout or $249 as a standalone purchase for an active posting; it delivers matching candidate profiles to the employer's email for 30 days. Fees are charged at checkout through Stripe and are non-refundable once the posting is live or the candidate list has been delivered, except where required by law or at our discretion.
- Postings must be for real, currently open positions, must state the true employer, and must comply with all applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws. We may edit, reject or remove any posting without refund if it violates these Terms.
- Candidate contact information purchased from us may be used only to recruit that candidate for employment. You may not resell, publish or share it, add it to marketing lists, or use it for any other purpose. You must honor any candidate's request to stop contacting them, and you must comply with applicable privacy, anti-spam and telemarketing laws.
4. Listings from public sources
Some listings are gathered from employers' public career pages. We try to keep them accurate and mark positions that are filled, but we do not guarantee a listing is still open. Employers can ask us to update or remove a listing at any time.
5. Acceptable use
You may not scrape the Site, submit false information, impersonate others, or interfere with the Site's operation.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Omni-Intel USA LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date shows the current version. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
